Emma Swan was born of the truest love, the love of Snow White and Prince Charming.  No wonder with everything she's been through she still stands tall.  As a baby, her parents were warned of the curse the Evil Queen was going to cast and she was sent through a portal for her own safety and the safety of all as she was to be the Savior.  Of course this is not how she sees it.  In her eyes, her "biological parents" were horrible monsters who were capable of giving her up.  Villains who abandoned her in the forest and subjected her to the horrors of the foster care system.  It is nearly her 23rd birthday and she has done nothing good with her life.  Will she ever become the "Savior" she doesn't know the characters of fairy tales need her to be?
